You have the right to return your order up to 7 days after receipt. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you want to return your order, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the amount due within 30 days, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How does it work:

Step 1: Send an email to [email protected]

Step 2: You will receive a return label from us via email

Step 3: Send your return to us

Step 4: After approval, your money will be refunded within 30 working days

- If you do not send the product with our return label, we cannot process the return !!

- In case of loss or damage, the customer must contact the postal company himself.

- If the consumer wishes to return his order, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur by e-mail within 2 days after receipt of the product.

- Sale and actie items cannot be returned ! If the customer has agreed to the return policy and terms and conditions, he or she waives the right to receive a refund.

– The item must not be worn or damaged!

– Items with make-up stains cannot be returned!
